HHA is a specialist UK Defence Contractor Flying Organisation operating UK Military Registered fast jet aircraft under Military Aviation Authority (MAA) governance.

Founded in 2000 and now based at RAF Leeming, HHA holds DAOS, MAOS (MRP Part 145), CAMO and CFAOS approvals and supports specialist defence Test & Evaluation, trials and operational flying requirements in the UK and overseas.

We regularly seek experienced military-trained aircraft technicians to join our MRP Part 145 maintenance organisation.

Working with HHA offers an engineering environment different to that in a large military aviation organisation. Our engineers form part of a small, experienced team directly responsible for maintaining and supporting operational fast jets and work closely with aircrew across scheduled maintenance, flight servicing, fault diagnosis, aircraft modifications, specialist defence trials and deployed flying operations.

For an experienced military aircraft technician, this is an opportunity to continue applying established engineering skills in a specialist MAA-regulated organisation while remaining directly involved with operational aircraft.

HHA provides the aircraft-specific technical training and authorisations required for the role. A civilian aircraft maintenance licence is not normally required.

Applications are particularly welcome from technicians with military fast-jet experience, including Hawk, Tornado, Typhoon, Harrier or comparable aircraft.
